How it works

A defined, five-step collaboration.

The scope is agreed with you before any planning work begins.

1

Initial contact

You describe the case; we align on scope and what the planning should achieve.

2

Sending your files

You receive guidance on how to send the CBCT and scan files through an appropriate channel.

3

Planning in coDiagnostiX

I analyze the data and build the implant plan in coDiagnostiX.

4

Discussion & review

We go through the plan together, and it's revised as needed.

5

Approval & delivery

Once approved, the plan is delivered according to the agreed scope.

Files

What you'll likely need to send.

To confirm per case. Planning is generally based on DICOM data from a CBCT, and may also use STL or PLY files from an intraoral or model scan. The exact requirements depend on the case and are confirmed with you before you send anything.

Scope

What's included, and what isn't.

Digital planning is the core of the service, and guide design can be included when agreed. The scope is agreed with you upfront.

01

Digital planning

Implant positioning in coDiagnostiX, based on your CBCT and scan data — the core of this service.

02

Guide design

Surgical guide design can be part of the scope when agreed in advance — confirmed case by case.

Please note. The plan is reviewed and approved by the dentist responsible for the patient's treatment, who remains in charge of the final clinical decision. This is an independent planning service, with no official affiliation, certification or sponsorship from coDiagnostiX or its manufacturer.
Case discussion

Have a case to discuss?

Send a professional summary with no patient-identifying information. Exam files are shared afterward, through a channel appropriate for clinical data.

Prefer email or iMessage? Write to guispeck@hotmail.com or text +55 48 99185-1662. Please do not include patient names, dates of birth, or other identifying information — exam files and identifiers are exchanged afterward, through an appropriate channel for clinical data.
