Surgical mentorship

Want to follow the routine in a personalized way?

Join me in Florianópolis to observe implant surgeries, discuss treatment planning, and explore the clinical decisions behind each case.

Built around your learning goals.

Your visit is organized around what you want to get out of it and my clinical routine in Florianópolis, with whatever cases are on the schedule.

  • Discussing cases and treatment planning before surgery
  • Observing surgeries, according to the clinic's schedule and case availability
  • Following the digital workflow, from planning to its application at the chair
  • Discussing clinical decisions and treatment alternatives as they come up
  • Taking part in conversations after procedures

What to expect. Your visit is tailored to your learning goals and the clinical schedule. Surgical observation is subject to case availability and patient consent. This is personal, one-on-one mentorship: not supervised hands-on practice, and not a certification program.

Mentorship or course? Mentorship is a personal, one-on-one arrangement with me, built around my own clinical calendar, not a structured curriculum. If you are looking for a scheduled hands-on course or a multi-day immersion with a full surgical team, see the Zygo Team courses and immersions.

What professionals who took part have to say.

Students of the immersions and the mentorship program tell, on video, what they learned and how the hands-on experience was. Accounts reflect each participant’s own experience and do not guarantee clinical results.

Online course

Online Course in Implant Planning.

A Zygo Team program for clinicians who already work with implants and want to move on to more complex cases — atrophic maxillae, remote anchorage and full arches — with planning as the common thread and the team’s support along the way.

What you will study

  • Implant dentistry — fundamentals and concepts applied to daily clinical practice.
  • Planning — a strategic eye for evaluating your options.
  • Atrophic maxillae — how to approach cases with limited bone availability.
  • Remote anchorage — more possibilities when planning complex rehabilitations.
  • Full arches — planning for cases that call for a broader view.
